How to hear from God — Here are my three simple tips.

One of the questions I get asked often on my Instagram channel is: How do you hear from God?

It’s a great question!

After writing a bunch of responses via DMs, and emails, and Instagram posts, I decided to do a 2-minute devotion on my YouTube channel to provide an easy-to-follow answer.

The basics are:

1. Withdraw: You need to get away from the “noise” in your life.
2. Wait: In Psalm 62 we read “… my soul waits in silence” … you need to be patient. But we don’t like waiting, do we?
3. Read: Sometimes you need to stop waiting for a voice and start looking for a verse” in order to hear from God.
